On many days, our schedule is filled and we are forced to turn away customers. Therefore, it’s important that one day (24 hours) before your appointment, you call the salon and verbally either cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in a 50% service charge to pay for the loss of time. If we can fill your time slot, we will forgo charging the cancellation fee. We regret having to set such a policy but time to service all our clients is precious to us.
